Mahadeva is a private personal assistant operated by Suraj Menon ("the operator") for his own use only. There are no other users. The only Google accounts it is ever connected to are accounts the operator owns himself; he may connect more than one of his own accounts, and no account belonging to anyone else is ever connected.
With the operator's consent through Google sign-in, Mahadeva can read and search Gmail messages, create drafts and send email, read and create Google Calendar events, list, read and create Google Drive files, and read and edit Google Docs. It requests only the scopes needed for those actions.
Data from any connected account is read only to answer the operator's own requests, for example to summarise new mail or find a calendar slot. Any action that changes data (sending, creating, editing, deleting) is confirmed by the operator before it runs. Google data is never used for advertising, profiling, training machine-learning models, or any purpose other than serving the operator's requests.
Mahadeva runs on a server owned by the operator. Google access tokens are stored on that server, encrypted at rest on an access-controlled disk. Content fetched from Google services is held in memory for the duration of a request and in short-lived conversation logs on the same server. Nothing is stored with, sold to, or shared with any third party. Parts of a request may be sent to a language-model provider to generate an answer; those providers are bound by their own API terms not to train on that content.
Mahadeva's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which the stored tokens stop working and are deleted.
